I trained at the London College of Printing in 2001 and have a Certificate In Professional Photographic Practice. I assisted leading editorial interiors and food photographers in London for 3 years before setting out on my own. I was a finalist in Pink Lady Food Photographer Of The Year 2012. I have a 2.1 Degree in Hotel Management from Oxford Brookes Uni and a distinction in the Chartered Institute of Marketing's Diploma. "Grow Your Own Botanicals' book by my sister Cinead McTernan and photographed by me was published by Kyle Books in 2019. 'City Veg' by Cinead and photographed by me was published by Bloomsbury Publishing in 2022. I am based in Somerset and travel everywhere, specialising in food & interiors. I live with my husband, Chef Paul Collins, our two children, cocker spaniel and cat.

My photographs are used in many ways, including websites, social media, posters, packaging, books, consumer magazines - print and online, brochures and instore displays.
